Leader Training Recognition Knots progression forms can be found at:  

Procedure for receiving award.
1.      Fill form completely including all required signatures from leader and unit.
2.      Send form(s) to district training chairman (DTC) via e-mail, in person, leave at Council office – latter requires notification to DTC so they know they are awaiting pickup.
3.      DTC reviews.  If not approved will notify person who sent in forms.  If approved will forward to Council office for processing with notification to person who submitted forms.
4.      Council will notify DTC when awards are ready for pickup.  (Note:  If DTC does not get notified within a 2-week time period that award is ready DTC will check with Council office.)
5.      DTC will notify person who submitted forms on how they would like to pick-up and/or presented.
